In accordance with the provisions of Article 176.2.2 of the Municipal Code of Quebec, we inform you of the highlights of the financial report of the Municipality of Franklin and the report from the external auditor. You will also find certain achievements of the financial year presented. The financial statements are audited by an external accounting auditing firm and are deposited at a regular meeting of the municipal council.
