target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Haut-Saint-Laurent MRC<\/a> unveiled on October 5, 2017, a consolidation agreement aimed at streamlining the management of the OMHs and maximizing access to services.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3294aa5 ob-harakiri-inherit ob-has-background-overlay elementor-widget Ormstown, Franklin, Saint-Chrysostome, and Howick began a consolidation process. A Transition and Consultation Committee (TCC), consisting of approximately 12 individuals and representative of all these OMHs, was established.
