la r\u00e8glementation municipale d\u00e9su\u00e8te et incoh\u00e9rente. mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\">Un avis public annon\u00e7ant la consultation publique du 3 juin 2024 a \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 le 24 mai 2024 sur toutes les plateformes d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par r\u00e9solution par le conseil municipal, soit le site Web de la Municipalit\u00e9, dans la vitrine d\u2019affichage de l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville et sur les babillards des bureaux de poste de Franklin et Saint-Antoine-Abb\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\">Il y a eu une consultation publique le 3 juin 2024 de 18 h 30 \u00e0 19 h 30 au Centre r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif (2555, rue du Parc);<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\">Le second projet de r\u00e8glement 272-13 modifiant les limites des zones et des usages dans les zones du noyau villageois a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 lors de la s\u00e9ance du 3 juin 2024;<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\">L\u2019avis public d\u2019approbation r\u00e9f\u00e9rendaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 le 17 juin 2024 sur toutes les plateformes d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par r\u00e9solution par le conseil municipal, soit le site Web de la Municipalit\u00e9, dans la vitrine d\u2019affichage de l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville et sur les babillards des bureaux de poste de Franklin et Saint-Antoine-Abb\u00e9. Cet avis public signifie que les citoyens habitant dans ces zones peuvent demander la tenue d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum s\u2019il s\u2019opposent \u00e0 cette modification r\u00e8glementaire sur le zonage du noyau villageois. Un minimum de douze personnes par zone sont requises pour tenir un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum;<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\">Si il n\u2019y a
