Ce d\u00e9p\u00f4t sera retourn\u00e9 au demandeur si toutes les conditions et r\u00e8glements encadrant le remblai sont respect\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>Les op\u00e9rateurs devront respecter un itin\u00e9raire prescrit au certificat d\u2019autorisation du remblai;<\/li>\n<li>Le propri\u00e9taire des lieux ou son responsable du chantier des travaux de remblai doit communiquer par courriel \u00e0 chaque vendredi le nombre de voyages de terre de remblai r\u00e9alis\u00e9s au cours de la semaine d\u2019activit\u00e9s, notamment en transmettant le bon de livraison de chaque camion;<\/li>\n<li>Des tests de sol de phase I doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s aux frais du propri\u00e9taire des lieux, par un mandataire de la Municipalit\u00e9, selon la mesure atteinte la plus rapidement, soit \u00e0 chaque semaine d\u2019op\u00e9rations, soit \u00e0 chaque 3 500 m\u00e8tres cube de terre transport\u00e9e sur les lieux. Les travaux de remblai peuvent se poursuivre pendant la p\u00e9riode de production des tests de sol et d\u2019analyse des tests de sol;<\/li>\n<li>Des tests de sol de phase II doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s aux frais du propri\u00e9taire des lieux, par un mandataire de la Municipalit\u00e9, lorsque les r\u00e9sultats de tests de sol de phase I sont non-conformes et\/ou non-valides. Lorsque des tests de sol de phase II sont exig\u00e9s, il y a arr\u00eat des travaux de remblai pendant la p\u00e9riode de production des tests de sol et d\u2019analyse des tests de sol. Lors de la s\u00e9ance ordinaire du 5 juin dernier, le conseil municipal a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son nouveau projet de r\u00e8glement, apportant des nouvelles mesures de contr\u00f4le pour les permis de remblais.
