Alerts System
The Municipality has implemented a service capable of triggering call sequences to its citizens. This service will be used during emergency situations such as boil water advisories, water main breaks, etc.
The goal is to reach the targeted audience in a very short period of time. This tool will allow the dissemination of alerts through various channels (automated voice calls, text messaging, email).
The project addresses a need expressed by the Municipality to communicate with its citizens during events or other occurrences, and to coordinate the distribution of information.
