Alert system
The municipality has set up a service that can trigger sequences of calls to citizens of the municipality. This service will be used in emergency situations such as a boil water advisory, water restrictions, etc.
The objective is that in a very short period of time, the local hearing can be joined. This tool will broadcast alerts via different channels (automated voice call, text messaging, email).
The project responds to a need expressed by the municipality, namely to be able to communicate with its citizens and to coordinate the dissemination of information.
