Meetings
The Franklin Municipal Council meetings are open to the public, and all citizens are welcome to attend. They typically take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Recreational Center at 2555 Park Street.
BY-LAW RESPECTING THE INTERNAL PROCEDURES OF MUNICIPAL COUNCIL MEETINGS
Bill 57, assented to by the Government of Québec on June 6, 2024, requires the adoption of a municipal by-law respecting the internal procedures of municipal council meetings. You can access it by clicking here.
Regular meetings are held monthly, on the first Monday of each month, except for the September meeting, which takes place on the first Tuesday of the month.* The upcoming meetings for the year 2026 are as follows:
