Mayor’s Reports

In this section, you will find reports from the mayor regarding the financial situations of previous years. In accordance with the provisions of Article 176.2.2 of the Municipal Code of Quebec, we inform you of the highlights of the financial report of the Municipality of Franklin and the report from the external auditor. You will also find certain achievements of the financial year presented. The financial statements are audited by an external accounting auditing firm and are deposited at a regular meeting of the municipal council. The opinions issued by the accounting firm for previous years demonstrate that the consolidated financial statements provide, in all material respects, a true and fair view of the financial position of the Municipality.
