Franklin’s summer day camp participated in the “Les Bouchées Boubles” project. This project was made possible thanks to Une Affaire de Famille and the collaboration of day camps in Haut-Saint-Laurent (Sainte-Barbe, Saint-Anicet, Huntingdon, Saint-Chrysostome, Franklin, and Ormstown Soccer Club). We extend our thanks to IRCM for funding this wonderful project.

The Government of Quebec has passed Bill 96 which stipulates that any municipality in Quebec (except one that has official bilingual status) must communicate exclusively in French with its citizens. The only exceptions to this law are that we can publish in French and English when it comes to public health, public safety and tourism services.
