Every year, several activities are offered to the citizens of Franklin.

The activities
Franklin Carnival
Come and enjoy a winter day with family and friends. There will be carriage rides, fat bike tours, sledding, inflatable games, and a food truck on site.

Outdoor movie
This summer, enjoy magical evenings under the stars with a few outdoor movie screenings at the park! 🎥🌙 Bring your chair or blanket and come enjoy a great time with family and friends.

Junior Dek Hockey
Junior dek hockey programming has been offered with 7 sports for the past 2 years. Another season will be offered for summer 2024.
Non-competitive Dek Hockey program. Intra-team matches weekly. Coach-Referee present to teach skills. Each session divided into practice and game. Everyone will have the chance to try every position on the surface. Inter-municipal matchups at the end of the season. Each session includes both practice and intra-team games, catering to all skill levels.
National Day
The Municipality along with the National Day Committee organizes the National Day celebration at Antoine-Labelle Park.

The Municipality and the Recreation Committee are jointly organizing Canada Day at Ivanhoë Faille Orchard Park.

🎄 Christmas festivities return every year! 🎅✨
Every year, we organize several events to celebrate the magic of Christmas! 🎁 Although the dates vary from one year to the next, here are some festive traditions you can look forward to:
🎅 Christmas morning at the Recreation Centre, featuring a visit from Santa Claus, face painting, and festive craft workshops.
🎶 Christmas choir, featuring the singers of Chœur en fugue from Châteauguay, for a magical evening of music.
